Liebherr Flat-Top crane used on the construction of an environment-friendly solar power complex in Seville, Spain.
Last year, Liebherr supplied a Flat-Top crane of the type 130 EC-B 6 FR.tronic to Sanlúcar la Mayor, close to Seville (Spain), where it is being used in the construction of the largest thermoelectric solar energy power station in the whole of Europe.

New Flat – Top crane Liebherr 30 EC-B 2,5
Liebherr has launched a 30tm flat-top tower crane at the Samoter show, the 30 EC-B 2.5. The crane can lift 1t at 30m jib-end, and its maximum lifting capacity is 2.5t. Two more jib lengths of 24.3 m and 18.6 m provide lifting capacities of 1,300 kg and 1,800 kg respectively. All loads are lifted in pure double-reeved mode.
Helicopter assembly of a tower crane in Switzerland
Recently a Liebherr 30 LC tower crane was assembled by helicopter at an altitude of 3,000m on the Swiss Piz Corvatsch. The crane is being used for restoration and reconstruction work at the summit station of the Corvatsch railway which has been around for 44 years.
Liebherr cranes used in construction of a 130-metre high pylon
Two different types of Liebherr crane were recently used in the construction of a 130-metre pylon for the new Rhine Bridge in Wesel. In the final stage of erecting the pylon, the stationary 280 EC-H 16 Litronic tower crane was supported in the lifting work by an LG 1750 lattice-tower mobile crane.
