Kranimex, as a representative of Liebherr company in fields tower cranes and mixing technology, participated in this year’s International building fair in Brno. On Liebherr stand were e.g. presented the following machines: Truckmixer HTM 904 L on MAN chassis Tower crane 130 EC-B8 Fr.tronic (bought by Kranimex company as a new part of its rental fleet) Fast - erecting crane 81 K

In the south between Nitra and Levice, there are four blocks of Nuclear Power Plant with pressurized water reactors VVER 440 / V 213, each with 470MW capacity. The first block of power supplies electricity to the grid by the summer of 1998, the second block from the end of 1999. Completion of Units 3 and 4 block is the largest private investment in the history of Slovakia, and MO34 are one of three nuclear power plants currently being built in the EU.

Liebherr is introducing the 81 K at the 2010 ‘Bauma’ trade fair, a new fast-erecting crane of entirely new design, with the highest levels of performance. The 81 K sets new technological standards in its class, with many ingenious technical and visual features. The 81 K is the first crane in its class to operate only in the double-reeved mode – an absolutely new development that defines a new performance standard in this market segment.

Apart from 6 pieces of Liebherr tower cranes that were placed there by the Kranimex company in cooperation with Metrostav company, the HEK MSM Super platforms are used here as well.

A pair of Liebherr tower cranes are to play a central role in a production of the opera Aida at the Bregenz Lakeside Theatre in Austria.
